Welcome to GeoTagger

Geotagger is a helper application to add geographic locations to ning content [Geotag Content], and generate maps and RSS for use in other applications [Spatial Search].

You can use the GeoTagger directly here, or link to its functions from your application. Geotag Content accepts four arguments, corresponding to each "pivot".

• ownerName
• contributorName
• tag
• type

For instance, to geotag "Restaurant" content in ning, http://geotagger.ning.com/pivot.php?type=Restaurant.

You can integrate geotagging of individual Content items directly in your application by linking to http://geotagger.ning.com/geotag.php?id=$id. $id is the "id" field of the Content.

While using the Spatial Search, code is created to include the generated map in your application. Copy that into your application's source.
